I am a Christian, husband to a wonderful wife Virginia, father to two sweet daughters Hannah and Kristen.  Professionally I am a technologist, a maker, with over 30 years of experience in computer vision, robotics, AI, digital transformation.  I worked both as an individual contributor and as a manager in large and small teams; through it all, learned a few lessons on technology, business and leadership.  My faith led me to start this podcast to counter all the negative news in this world.  I want to use this podcast to help the audiences rediscover the good that is all around us.

As a devoted family man, I am married to Lily and we have two wonderful grown children, Cameron and Emily.  Upon retiring from a career in engineering, I discovered a newfound purpose in the world of ministry and volunteer work.  This includes leading discipleship group for young men, co-facilitating a church fellowship and teaching ESL to refugees.  I also enjoy studying the Scripture within a Bible Study Fellowship group. I usually assists with the behind the scenes work on Hello World Podcast. In my free time, I like to experiment with new recipes and cooking techniques.

As one of the podcast hosts, I am driven by a genuine curiosity about people's life experiences because I believe that the best way to learn is by listening to the stories of others.  My professional life is dedicated to making big ideas a reality through strategy implementation and process improvement. I love helping people and organizations take their visions to the next level.  I am married to my best friend, James and have two wonderful adult children, Cameron and Emily.  No stranger to change, I am embracing this phase of my life by trying new things including ministry and volunteering work…and podcasting!  I have a God-given joyous spirit and I hope to infuse my positivity into each episode and leave our listeners with a smile. 

At the core I am a loving wife and devoted mother to my wonderful family.  At the same time, professionally, I'm passionate about my career and take pride in the hard work I put into it. I've always had a gentle spirit and a natural inclination to be a good listener, which I believe has helped me not only in my profession but also in my role as a friend and confidant. I've learned that balance is key, and I strive to excel in both my personal and professional life. It's not always easy, but the challenge makes it all the more rewarding.  I love finding the right guests for the podcast!
